Terms of Service

Veiloria (“Veiloria”, “we”, “us”) designs digital wedding invitations, Save the Dates and the pages and tools that come with them, for couples everywhere. These Terms of Service apply whenever you visit veiloria.app, place an order, buy or use a gift card, use your couple’s portal, or open or reply to an invitation we host.

Veiloria is a brand of Altamar Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).

By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms. If you order for both of you, you confirm that you may accept them for your partner too. Questions are always welcome at contact@veiloria.app.

We offer three plans, each described on our website at the time you order, and that description forms part of your agreement with us:

• ✦Essential: a design from our collection, personalised with your names, wording, photos and wedding details.
• ✦Premium: your chosen design redesigned around your wedding, with its Save the Date and these extras included: venue illustration, animated cover, music, monogram and guest list manager.
• ✦Bespoke: an invitation created from scratch with your own designer, on a schedule agreed with you, with everything Premium includes, your own domain and a Save the Date designed from scratch.

On Essential you can add extras such as an illustrated cover, music or a guest list manager. On every plan you can add an invitation for another event, and on Essential and Premium your own domain (Bespoke includes it): we register the domain for you, in Veiloria’s name, and keep it live until after your wedding, without automatic renewal. Anyone can buy a Save the Date on its own or give a gift card. Every invitation includes an RSVP, unlimited sends to your guests and a private portal where replies arrive.

Prices are one-time payments per wedding: there is no subscription and no per-guest fee. We show prices in the currency you choose for convenience; payments are processed and charged in US dollars by our payment provider, and your bank converts the amount at its own rate and may add its own fees.

Your order is confirmed once the payment provider approves it, and we email your confirmation and the link to your portal. Card details are entered only on the payment provider’s secure page; they never reach us.

If a price is shown in error, we will tell you before starting work and you may cancel for a full refund.

• ✦A gift card carries a balance in US dollars that never expires. It can be used towards any plan, Save the Date or extra; whatever is left stays on the code for later.
• ✦Discount codes have the terms shown when they are issued (amount, expiry, number of uses). Codes cannot be exchanged for cash and only one code applies per order.
• ✦While an order using a code is waiting for payment, the code is held for that order for a short time so it cannot be spent twice.
• ✦We may cancel codes that were obtained or used fraudulently.

After paying, you send your details and materials (texts, schedule, photos, music and anything else you want included) through your portal or by replying to us. You don’t need everything on day one: we hold your date and begin when you are ready.

• ✦Essential and Premium are ready for your private review in 7–14 days from when we receive your complete details and materials, or 1–4 days with Express.
• ✦Bespoke follows a schedule we agree with you before we begin.
• ✦Time spent waiting for your details, materials or feedback is not counted.

Your invitation stays private until you approve it. Only then do you share its link with your guests.

Each plan includes rounds of design revisions: 2 on Essential, 4 on Premium and 7 on Bespoke. A round is one set of comments sent together. When you approve a proof, its design is final.

Updates to information (times, addresses, transport, table plans, typos) are free until your wedding day and never count as a round, as long as they don’t change the design itself. Design changes beyond your included rounds are quoted before we do them, and only done if you agree.

You keep every right to the names, wording, photos, music and other material you send us. You confirm that you have the right to use them and that they don’t infringe anyone else’s rights; music you upload must be yours or licensed for this use. You allow us to use this material only to create, host and support your invitation.

You decide who receives your invitation and what your RSVP asks. Guests’ replies are collected for you and shown in your portal; our Privacy Policy explains how we look after them. Please share guests’ personal information only for your wedding.

We may remove content that is unlawful or infringes someone’s rights, and will tell you if we do.

If you believe something shown on Veiloria (for example a photo or song in an invitation) infringes your copyright, write to contact@veiloria.app with: the work you own, the address where it appears, your name and contact details, and a statement that you own the rights or may act for their owner and that what you tell us is accurate.

We review every complaint promptly. If the material infringes, we remove it or disable access to it and tell the couple who added it, who may reply if they believe it was removed by mistake.

Your invitation lives at its own address on veiloria.app (for example amelie-julian.veiloria.app). If you connect a domain you already own, you remain its owner and are responsible for keeping it registered and pointed to us; we connect it and provide its security certificate.

If we register a domain for you, we hold it in Veiloria’s name, connect it and keep it live until after your wedding; it is not renewed automatically. If you’d like to keep it longer, ask us before it expires and we will help you transfer it to your own name.

We keep your invitation and its replies online until at least twelve months after your wedding date. You can export your replies from your portal at any time. After that period we may archive or delete the invitation, and we will tell you by email before we do.

Our designs, illustrations, openings, templates, software and brand belong to Veiloria. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use and share your invitation for your wedding, including printing it for family and keeping it as a memento.

You may not resell our designs, copy them for other events or remove our credits. Artwork drawn especially for you on Bespoke may be used by you for anything related to your wedding. We will only show your invitation in our portfolio or social media if you say yes.

Please don’t use Veiloria to send unsolicited messages, share unlawful or hateful content, impersonate someone, try to access other couples’ invitations or portals, or interfere with the security or running of the service. We may suspend access that puts others at risk.

Because every invitation is made by hand for one couple, refunds follow our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We take great care with every invitation and keep our service running with reliable providers. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages of internet, email, messaging or hosting providers, or for how guests’ own devices and apps display messages.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, or takes away the rights you have as a consumer in the country where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, where Altamar Labs LLC is established. If you are a consumer, you always keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim there.

We may update these terms as Veiloria grows. The new version will appear on this page with its date. Your order is governed by the terms in force when you placed it.
