Veiloria is one of the few The Digital Yes alternatives built the same way: one payment per wedding, a designer on every plan and the RSVP inside the invitation. On 19 October 2026, The Digital Yes listed €175, €575 and €975 and Veiloria $199, $599 and $999 (about €179, €539 and €899), so in euros The Digital Yes is lower on Essential and Veiloria on Premium and Bespoke. We make Veiloria, so read this knowing our bias.

Every fact below is sourced to each studio's own pages and dated. To weigh every kind of invitation site, see the best digital wedding invitation sites.

The Digital Yes alternatives: the short answer

The Digital Yes is a digital wedding invitation studio: its designers make each invitation by hand, it sells three one-time plans per wedding, and the RSVP is built into the invitation. Few alternatives work that way. Most invitation sites are self-service, and many price by guest count.

AlternativeHow you payWho makes it
VeiloriaOnce per wedding: $199, $599 or $999, unlimited guestsA designer at the atelier, on every plan
GreenvelopePer mailing, by guest count: $19 for up to 20 guests, $249 for up to 250You, personalizing its designs or uploading your own
ZolaNot applicableNo one: its FAQ says it doesn't offer digital invitations and points couples to its digital save the dates

If you like The Digital Yes's model, Veiloria is a like-for-like alternative. Decide on what your plan includes, the currency you're charged in, and whose demos you'd rather send.

How we compared: sources, dates, and our bias

  1. Each studio's own pages, read on 19 October 2026: theirs linked under Sources, ours from our pricing page.
  2. Disagreements shown, not resolved. Where two of The Digital Yes's pages differ, we quote both.
  3. "Not stated" means not stated, never "not offered". Ask the studio.
  4. Published terms, not quality. Judge the work yourself, from the demos.
  5. Each studio's currency. The Digital Yes lists euros. Veiloria charges in US dollars; its euro figures are display prices at the 13 October 2026 rate.

What both do well

One price per wedding

Both charge once, with no subscription, and neither prices by guest count: 40 guests and 240 cost the same. Both list unlimited sends.

A designer on every plan

Neither asks you to build anything. On both, Essential gives you designer contact after ordering, Premium a designer dedicated to your wedding, and the top plan priority replies. Nothing reaches guests until you approve the proof.

Animated openings

Every Digital Yes plan opens with an animated envelope and your initials; on Essential it lists an initials wax seal. Every Veiloria invitation arrives in an envelope with your initials, then plays its design's own opening: a wax seal, a lifted veil, a rising curtain, a riad door guests knock on twice.

The RSVP inside the invitation

Guests reply inside the invitation, from their phone, with nothing to download, and you export replies to a spreadsheet. The Digital Yes lists plus-ones, dietary restrictions, menu choices and transport needs. Veiloria asks each guest's name and dietary needs, children, a song request and a note, and guests can change their reply later.

Where they differ

Prices and currency

Veiloria charges every order in US dollars, so a euro card pays $599 for Premium at your bank's rate, not exactly €539. The Digital Yes lists and charges in euros. Our plans, in your currency:

What each plan includes

On Essential, both sell the same extras, and on both they change the cover only.

Extra on EssentialThe Digital YesVeiloria
Venue illustration+€45+$55 (about €49)
Animated cover+€55+$65 (about €58)
Cover pack: venue, animation, music+€89+$105 (about €89)

Guest list manager+€55+$65 (about €58)
Invitation for another event+€45+$55 (about €49)

On Premium, The Digital Yes says "All extras included", plus a Save the Date and its Yes Planner app; its pricing page doesn't name the domain or a second event, so ask. Veiloria's Premium includes the venue painted by hand, the animated cover, music, monogram, guest list manager and a matching Save the Date; a second event (+$55) and your own domain (+$75) are extra.

On the top plan, both offer editorial art direction and recreate your paper invitation in digital, and Veiloria's Bespoke includes your own domain. More in our guide to bespoke digital wedding invitations.

Save the Date pricing

A Save the Date costs €75 alone at The Digital Yes, or €49 added to Essential; at Veiloria it's $79 either way. Both include one with Premium and a custom one with the top plan. The Digital Yes lists 14 Save the Date designs on its designs page (15 on its home page), plus custom from €135. At Veiloria, each of the 43 designs has a matching Save the Date with the same opening; order one on its own, upgrade to Premium or Bespoke later, and the $79 is credited. For timing and wording, read our digital save the date guide.

Languages per invitation

Both pricing pages list 2 languages on Essential, up to 3 on Premium and as many as you need on the top plan. The Digital Yes's other pages disagree: the home and how-it-works pages say up to 2 ("we translate", and each guest picks theirs), while an earlier copy of its llms.txt said up to three, from nine languages including Hindi (we couldn't reload it on 19 October 2026). At Veiloria, the invitation can be in any language. Each guest sees theirs automatically, detected from their browser, and Arabic reads right to left.

Music

Both include music with Premium and the top plan and charge for it on Essential. The Digital Yes lists copyright-free music in its cover pack and video on Premium; video isn't among Veiloria's extras. Each of Veiloria's 43 designs comes with an original theme written to loop (the seven newest borrow one from the collection), or you upload your own song. It plays only when your order includes music, starting softly on the guest's first tap.

Custom domains and renewals

The Digital Yes sells a custom domain for €65 on Essential, and its April 2026 luxury guide puts a personal domain at €15 a year. Veiloria gives every invitation a free address with your names, such as ana-and-luis.veiloria.app. Your own domain is $75 on Essential and Premium, included in Bespoke; Veiloria registers and connects it, keeps it live until after the wedding and doesn't auto-renew it.

Delivery time

Both quote 7–14 days on Essential and Premium, with Express in 1–4 days on those plans only; Excellence and Bespoke follow their own schedules. The Digital Yes counts from your completed briefing and calls Express "1–4 business days"; an earlier copy of its llms.txt said 7–21 business days. Veiloria counts from receiving your details and materials, and refunds the Express fee if it misses the window.

Refunds and changes

The Digital Yes's refund policy (January 2026) allows no refund once design begins or two weeks after ordering. Veiloria refunds in full within 14 days, before the designer starts, less the payment provider's fee, and in full if it misses the delivery time for reasons not on your side. Both change details free until the wedding. Veiloria keeps the invitation online at least 12 months after it; The Digital Yes's pages we checked don't state a period.

The Digital Yes reviews and track record

The Digital Yes showed 4.9 out of 5 from 278 reviews on its reviews page on 19 October 2026. It collects them on its own site: a review is published automatically when the email matches a paid order, and otherwise its team reads it first. That record is a real strength. Veiloria is a young maison: read what couples say on our reviews page.

The collections' style

The Digital Yes lists 33 invitation designs; Veiloria has 43, each built around an opening the guest performs. Guests tap to break Cachet's oxblood seal, knock twice on Zellige's riad door, or turn Céleste's astrolabe to the real sky over your venue. Here is Cachet, as a guest opens it:

Who each is best for

The Digital Yes may suit you if:

  • You're choosing Essential with extras: its euro prices are lower there.
  • You want a Save the Date with Essential for €49.
  • You want video, or a planning app with Premium.
  • You want a studio with hundreds of published reviews.

Veiloria may suit you if:

  • You're choosing Premium or the top plan: about €539 and €899, charged in US dollars.
  • You want your own domain included with the top plan.
  • Your guests read different languages and you want each to open it in theirs automatically, Arabic included.
  • You want an original theme for your design, or your own song.
  • You want a Save the Date that matches any design in the collection.

Questions to ask either studio before you pay

Copy these into an email; each covers a point the published pages leave open.

  1. Which currency will my card be charged in?
  2. How many languages does my plan include, and who translates?
  3. Does each guest see their language automatically?
  4. Can the Save the Date match my invitation's design?
  5. Is my own domain included? Who registers it, and for how long?
  6. Is a second invitation, for a welcome party or brunch, extra?
  7. Will music play for every guest, and can we use our own song?
  8. Does delivery start at payment or when my details are complete, and in calendar or business days?
  9. What counts as a revision round, and what does an extra one cost?
  10. What can we change after sending, and is it free?
  11. How long does the invitation stay online after the wedding?
  12. What is refundable, and until when?

Frequently asked questions

What is The Digital Yes?

The Digital Yes is a digital wedding invitation studio whose designers personalize, redesign or create invitations by hand, in three one-time plans: Essential, Premium and Excellence. Each invitation is a private web page with an animated envelope and a built-in RSVP, shared as one link.

How much does The Digital Yes cost?

The Digital Yes lists Essential at €175, Premium at €575 and Excellence at €975, one payment per wedding (19 October 2026). Express adds €85 on Essential and Premium, and a Save the Date costs €75 alone or €49 with Essential. For the wider market, see digital wedding invitation costs.

What are the alternatives to The Digital Yes?

The closest is another studio that designs the invitation for you at one price per wedding, such as Veiloria ($199, $599 or $999). Self-service sites differ: Greenvelope charges per mailing by guest count, from $19 for up to 20 guests (checked 19 October 2026). Our guide to the best digital wedding invitation sites compares more.

What is the difference between The Digital Yes and Veiloria?

The model is the same; the details differ. The Digital Yes lists lower euro prices for Essential and its extras, and includes video and a planning app with Premium. Veiloria charges in US dollars, shows lower euro prices for Premium and Bespoke, includes your own domain with Bespoke and has an original theme for each design.

Do both include an RSVP?

Yes. Both build the RSVP into the invitation on every plan and export replies to a spreadsheet. The Digital Yes lists menu choices and transport; Veiloria asks names, dietary needs, children, a song and a note.

Which offers more languages per invitation?

On their pricing pages, neither: both list 2, up to 3, and as many as you need. The Digital Yes's home and how-it-works pages say up to 2 and an earlier copy of its llms.txt up to three, so confirm with them. At Veiloria, each guest sees their own language automatically.
